Rescheduling:

1. - No rescheduling charges if done more than 48 hours in advance.
   - Any rescheduling done within 48 hours of the session will be considered a cancellation of the session.
   - A session can be rescheduled only once.
   
2. The session can be cancelled only 48 hours in advance to get a full refund. Please refer to the refunds section below.

Refunds:

1. Cancellation (Individual Sessions):
   - 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days in advance
   - 75% refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.
   - 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours in advance.
   - No refund if cancelled/no-show within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
   - If the client doesn't log in for over 15 minutes without prior notice of the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show.
   
2. Cancellation (Workshops):
   - If we cancel the workshop due to unavoidable reasons, we shall refund the whole amount.
   - If the participant is unable to attend the workshop due to any reason, the fee is non-refundable.
   
3. Refunds will take on an average 5-7 working days. Please contact us for additional assistance.

Fee/Workshop prices:

1. - Regular session fee: INR 7000 per session of 45 min or its equivalent in USD/AED or any international currency on that day.
2. - Reduced fee: INR 3000 for the first session, follow up INR 2500. The reduced fee is only applicable on-site/offline.
3. - Workshop fee: Variable depending on the duration, venue and type of workshop.
